Testimonials
Thank
you, thank you, thank you. It is the beginning of what I can say to Mr. Sorce
for the outstanding learning experience he has given to my son. If there was
ever an award to be handed out for most outstanding Tae Kwon Do instructor,
Mr. Pete Sorce would win it, hands down! Mr. Sorce’s genuine passion
and remarkable expertise for the martial arts has made him an exceptional
leader to each of his students. I am very pleased with the experience my son
is gaining as a student in Sorce Martial Arts.
I enjoy watching Mr. Sorce lead his classes by way of positive teaching and
control. By consistently verbalizing how well the students are doing, Mr.
Sorce is able to build the confidence and self-esteem of students. This also
makes his students focus better for quicker learning and understanding. Mr.
Sorce genuinely cares about his students and will strive to help them do and
be the best they can. He has definitely earned the respect of many parents
and students because he is such a great role model and admirer.
Since my son has started the Tae Kwon Do program, he has developed so many
positive skills that he can encompass on a daily basis. I am very proud of
my son for the way he now presents himself. I truly believe the Tae Kwon Do
program has made my son a better person. He has learned to stay focused more
at home and also in the classroom; he has more self-confidence in himself
with routine tasks and obstacles that may come his way; and he has become
more respectful of himself and others, including his younger sister. He has
also learned to take responsibility for his own actions and own up to any
mistakes he makes.
My son had to go through a recent experience of his father being deployed
overseas. During this experience, my son learned to stay strong and focused.
I was proud of his willingness to help take on more responsibilities at home.
It was a difficult 15 months but I could not be more proud of the behavior
and dignity that my son has shown through all of it.
If you are looking for a Tae Kwon Do Instructor who strives to do his best
at teaching his students all the exceptional talents and skills he knows to
Tae Kwon Do, than look no further.

Despite how busy we all are in life, Martial Arts is an excellent
way to keep in shape, develop self defense skills, and stay focused on your
personal goals, whatever they may be. I have been a a graduate student at
UWM in the Nurse Practitioner program at UWM for the last 3 years and Martial
Arts has helped me immensely to achieve the goal of succeeding both in school
and in my personal life. I graduate in 8 months and have been actively involved
in Sorce Martial Arts all through my Masters program! Practicing a Martial
Art is a wonderful outlet for stress and helps one remain focused in difficult
times.
My children have also done Martial Arts with me for about 3 years in the past
and we have grown closer as a family. It is universally accept that the best
anti-drug message is being an involved parent and there is no better way to
teach your children self-control and discipline, important skills to becoming
successful adults, than Martial Arts. The children in our program tend to
excel in school, as my 2 boys have, and learn the importance of basic tenants
such as courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and a strong spirit.
Mr. Sorce, our head instructor, has many years of teaching experience and
is not only an excellent role model for the children, but also a very accomplished
Martial Artist who won numerous trophies since his childhood in Martial Arts.
We are all fortunate to have him in our community and would like to see more
families and individuals take advantage of the numerous benefits attributed
to Martial Arts.

"Mr. Sorce's Martial Art experience, amazing skill, teaching style,
and student following are all living reflections of his modern warrior virtues
and echo his boundless dedication to carrying the torch for Martial Art preservation.
I, personally, am grateful to him and the few out there that represent the
Martial Arts with such strength, integrity, and discipline. Milwaukee has
been positively enhanced with Sorce Martial Arts opening. Mr. Sorce's love
and passion for the arts will undoubtedly leave a mark for future generations
of martial artists to come."

Mr. Sorce is an exceptional student and instructor of the Art of Tae
Kwon Do. He has demonstrated his knowledge of the Art numerous times with
his uncanny ability to show techniques so that others can comprehend. He is
an outstanding leader and role model to his students. He is an honorable individual
on and off the mat, his passion and devotion to the Art is commendable.
His techniques are based on basic fundamentals of the Art, which is a key
to a great Martial Artist. He is energetic with his students, and encourages
them to be the best they can be.
If anyone has an opportunity to train or be instructed by Mr. Sorce, you will
leave with a better understanding that Tae Kwon Do is a Way of Life.
- Seung Yun (Master Instructor)
"As a mother of a long time Tae Kwon Do student, under the instruction
of Mr. Peter Sorce, I have watched my son grow from all the benefits Tae Kwon
Do has to offer. As he first began, he came under Mr. Sorce's instruction needing
a little help with self-esteem and confidence. I was impressed with the home
rules, tenants, at home respect influenced, and school grade monitoring that
Mr. Sorce instilled in his younger students.
I also had the opportunity to watch how Mr. Sorce helped other students
who needed help in other areas such as obedience and self-control and managed
to help these students do a complete turn around. I can only imagine what
it meant for these parents. Some of the key points that I feel Mr. Sorce emphasizes
in his classes are confidence building, self-motivation, pushing your limits,
values, friendships and teamwork, responsibility, and most importantly, respect
for others and yourself. I have watched his students achieve these life long
values from his youngest to oldest students. As we are always growing and
always learning, Mr. Sorce's awareness of each individual student's limits,
strengths and goals provides a personal development level for each student.
Mr. Sorce's students enjoy and have fun in his classes. There are a wide variety
of classes offered for any age and any gender.
Mr. Sorce is admired and respected by his students and he genuinely
cares about his work and students, and it shows. His school is a reflection
of how much Tae Kwon Do is a part of his life. As my son had Mr. Sorce as
a role model as a young boy and continues to have as a young man, he himself
has become a role model for some of the younger students. I cannot help but
give Mr. Sorce credit as I see my son trying to follow in his steps. Mr. Sorce
gives his students the ability to grow and achieve in his school. My son and
others are part of a leadership team and the skills my son is learning are
skills that he can take with him forever. The students in Mr. Sorce's school
are more than just students. They have formed their own community, a strong
bond of commitment working together to better themselves with the efforts
of their instructor. I want to thank you Mr. Sorce, for helping my son become
the person he is today, someone to be very proud of."
