Lessons in Mindfulness and Meditation ClassLessons in Mindfulness is a program designed to support and supplement your physical practice, to motivate and inspire you on deeper levels. Each month, adult students get a new lesson that helps apply martial arts training to every day life.
Meditation Class is free and open to students and non-students alike. It consists of a talk by Mr. Sorce or a group discussion followed by a meditation session. Meditation helps calm the mind to reduce stress, anxiety, and help you feel more centered. Check our schedule for meditation class times.
