University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee engineering student by day, peter D. Sorce
is a third degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do at night when he teaches the discipline
for the Recreation Department. Several times a year, students who are deemed
ready perform the techniques they’ve learned before judges. Those passing
the scrutiny earn belts of various colors which identify the level of achievement
of the wearer.
